Nicolas Häfliger
Nicolas began his career with an apprenticeship as an elevator fitter, including basic training in polymechanics, at Schindler. After his apprenticeship, he worked as a lift fitter in Lucerne and later moved into sales as a sales engineer at Schindler Aufzüge AG. In order to develop further, he completed further training as a technical businessman and an additional qualification at the Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft. With these qualifications, he was appointed Product Manager and took over the management of the PORT system. After successfully completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics, he now works as IT Manager at Schindler Aufzüge AG.
Jelena Simeunovic
Jelena started her career with a commercial clerk apprenticeship at
Schindler in Bern. After graduating, she moved to the Administration department and later to Sales Support. At the same time, she completed further training as a medical and hospital secretary. Jelena extended her qualifications with her vocational training course and further training as a Federal Executive Assistant and shortly afterwards took on the role of deputy practice supervisor. Today, she works as a practice supervisor at Schindler and contributes her wide-ranging expertise to the training program.
Milos Pavlovic
Milos began his career with an apprenticeship as an elevator fitter, including basic training in polymechanics, at Schindler. After successfully completing his training, he worked as a lift fitter in Basel before moving to assembly coordination as a commercial clerk. At the same time, he completed further training as a technical merchant. Shortly afterwards, Milos took on the position of practical supervisor for lift fitters. By participating in the Schindler talent program, he was able to develop his skills further and is now working as an assembly manager at Schindler Basel.
Philipp began his career with an apprenticeship as an elevator fitter, including basic training in polymechanics, at Schindler Vocational Training. Today, he works as a Senior Engineer at Schindler Aufzüge AG and successfully applies his extensive expertise in elevator technology. As an experienced acceptance technician and trained machine technician HF, he knows exactly what it takes to achieve technical excellence and incorporates this valuable experience into his work.
Eliane Bitterli
Eliane Bitterli started her career with an apprenticeship as a Way-Up design engineer at Schindler Vocational Training in Ebikon. After further training in mechanical engineering, she joined Schindler Aufzüge AG as a Junior Project Manager. She later expanded her qualifications as an company paramedic and switched to Junior Vertical Transport Engineer. She will soon be expanding her skills in the Global Female Leadership Development Program.
